Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) – Skyway Affordable Housing a new construction rental project will create 54 studio to three-bedroom units for households earning 30-50% AMI. A key feature of this project is the 75% set-aside for households transitioning out of homelessness. This development also includes a ground-floor early learning center, addressing both housing and childcare needs in the community.

African Community Housing & Development - African Diaspora Cultural Anchor Village a new construction rental project the will provide 129 studios to four-bedroom apartments for households earning between 30% and 60% AMI and include set-asides for families with children and individuals with a physical disability. The project is designed to serve as a cultural and residential hub for South King County's African Diaspora immigrant and refugee community.

Mercy Housing NW – Kent Multicultural Village a new construction rental project will create 231 one to four-bedroom units serving households earning 30-60% AMI. A notable feature of this development is the specific set-asides: 25% of the units for families with children, and 17% for households with a disability.
The project is located on surplus Sound Transit property at the future Kent Des Moines Link light rail station, representing a transit-oriented development model. The development is supported by a $1,000,000 award from SKHHP. The award was collectively funded by the cities of Covington and Kent. |

Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King & Kittitas County – Burien Miller Creek a new construction, 40-unit homeownership development. 20 of the units are designated for households at an average of 50% AMI, while the other 20 are for households up to 80% AMI.
