The SKHHP Housing Capital Fund is the first of its kind in South King County. The Housing Capital Fund invests local funding from SKHHP member cities in the creation and preservation of affordable homes for low-income renter households earning up to 60% area median income (AMI) and up to 80% AMI for homeownership in South King County.
Pre-Application Meeting
Applicants are required to schedule a pre-application meeting held no later than August 4, 2025 and to submit a Notice of Intent to Apply form in advance of the required pre-application meeting to identify and discuss potential issues.

Application
SKHHP uses the Combined Funders Application developed by the Department of Commerce and is the primary application for the SKHHP Housing Capital Fund. The SKHHP Housing Capital Fund Addendum and the SKHHP Underwriting Addendum are also required and available at the links below. Please consult the Housing Capital Fund Guidelines for detailed instructions on how to submit an application.

Please note, in addition to submitting the Combined Funders Application, applicants must also submit a letter of community support, a letter of consistency from the jurisdiction where the proposed project is located, a SKHHP Housing Capital Fund Addendum, and for rental projects, a SKHHP Underwriting Addendum.
